Athletics Ireland will enter a team of Women's 3k and the Men's 5k events - teams can be composed of 4, with 3 to score.
Teams will be selected from the pool of eligible Irish athletes, not selected for the Ulster & NI teams, that have entered the elite race by the 14th January deadline.
Selections for this development event, will be at the sole discretion of the National Endurance Coordinator, based on historical performances and recent form over relevant distances on the track, road and cross country. Selected athletes will be offered the option of overnight accommodation.
