The Annual General Meeting of the Members will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday the 15th July 2020 at 7pm. We advise all delegates to be logged onto the zoom call by 6-45pm to ensure we can start the AGM promptly at 7pm.

Secretaries of the County Boards and Provincial Councils will need to complete the Delegate Attendance form for Voting Delegates by emailing deirdremarley@athleticsireland.ie with their Delegate Attendance Form. Closing date is this Friday 3rd July 2020.

Please note Secretaries must provide a Delegates email address in order that they can receive the link to virtually attend the AGM and vote via Zoom. Please ensure the accuracy of the email addresses and numbers prior to submitting to the AI office. Under these exceptional circumstances of the virtual AGM, changes of contact details or delegates can only be made prior to the AGM up to close of business on the 14th July 2020 by sending to deirdremarley@athleticsireland.ie

Due to the virtual AGM, members are being offered the facility to submit any questions relevant to the Annual General Meeting or audited accounts in advance. Any questions received will be summarized and answered at the AGM.

You are hereby invited to submit any questions you wish to have addressed at the AGM by emailing hamishadams@athleticsireland.ie prior to the 3rd July, 2020.

A limited number of delegate questions may be facilitated via the Chat option on Zoom during the AGM.
