We are delighted to once again to offer Athletics Ireland clubs the opportunity to apply for grant funding under the Dormant Accounts Fund in support of the McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life programme.
The aim of this funding is to assist clubs in delivering Fit for Life programmes that encourage adults of all abilities to become more active through walking, jogging and running in a welcoming and supportive club environment.
Applications are now open to clubs who previously applied and to new clubs next week, with programmes required to commence between August and December 2026.
Key Dates:
- Application Deadline: Friday, 31st July 2026
- Programme Start: Between August and December 2026
- Successful club must use the Athletics Ireland registration system via Eventmaster – This ensures we gather accurate participation numbers so we can secure future funding that supports all clubs.
