Ulster is gearing up to host the 31st Celtic International Games being held at Antrim Stadium on Saturday 4th August 2007. The Celtic International Games features teams from SCOTLAND, WALES, ATHLETICS IRELAND AND ULSTER. The top young athletes will represent their four countries and compete in 41 Track events and 26 Field events. Over the years the Celtic has been the first stepping stone for many of our young athletes to International competition. Maeve Kyle (pictured), the Ulster Athletics Council Chairwoman, is one of the original founders of the Games. The competition will see many of the most promising and aspiring young athletes take part in what could be described as the friendliest of competitions.
