Over 80 female coaches came together on Saturday 2nd November for the third women in coaching network day. Delivered by Athletics Ireland, Cycling Ireland, Swim Ireland and Rowing Ireland the day included keynote speakers and panellists as well as networking.
The event was for all coaches of all levels and all sports to attend.
The Key Note Speakers delivered some insightful and knowledgeable talks.

Sharon Madigan discussed the ‘Ages and Stages of the Female Athlete’, Dr Jon Rudd discussed ‘Observed Traits of High performing Female Coaches and Athletes’ and Bethany Carson talked about the Her Moves Programme.
The coaches panel of Dee Needham (Triathlon), Irene Clark (Athletics), Michale Black (Cycling), Jo Aungiers (Rowing) and Hayley Burke (Paralympics Ireland) shared their own personal journey’s.
