Collins leads Irish qualifiers for NCAA Cross Country Championships
Sarah Collins leads the Irish qualifiers for the NCAA Cross Country Championships which will be hosted by the University of Louisville, Saturday, November 21, at Tom Sawyer State Park located in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Providence student, pictured third from left, finished second individually in the North East Region on Saturday guiding her Friar teammates to the team title coached by Ray Treacy.
Tara Jameson (Iona), Sean Tobin (Mississippi), Siofra Cleirigh Buttner (Villanova) and Kevin Dooney (Yale) are among the other Irish athletes that will be competing in the premier cross country event in the United States this Saturday.
