Day 3 of the Connacht T&F Squad will take place in AIT Arena, Sunday 11th Feb 2018 between 11am and 2pm. The squad has been building over the previous 2 days with 89 athletes attending Day 1 in AIT and 97 athletes attending Day 2 in Claremorris. Some of the best coaches in the country have been putting the athletes through their paces in sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, middle distance and walks.

Day 3 kicks off at 11am and will include a talk/Q&A session with Olympic 400mH Athlete Thomas Barr in the afternoon.

Selected athletes are asked to arrive early to make the day go as smoothly as possible.
