Silver for Rose Anne Galligan Rose Anne Galligan, a freshman at Tennessee University, had much to celebrate at the final indoor meet of the season over the weekend. Competing at the NCAA championships she was a member of the Tennessee Distance Medley Relay squad that finished second.
