Fit4life is in full swing at the Charlesland Sports centre in Co Wicklow where one of the Wicklow based groups under the banner of Greystones / Sli Cualann are being taken through their paces by group leader Teresa Kinane. The group meet on Monday nights and are ready to start at 8.30pm. Many of the group add this to their “Buggy Buddies” group where parents meet to go on strolls with their young children. “We run two groups from the centre, Monday and Wednesday nights, with a simple aim of encouraging everyone to take part in exercise”. Over the last few weeks the girls have registered with the club and are participating in the Fit4life league that the county also have running in various venues where we had over 50 entries on Sunday in Ashford.
