An estimated 4,000 people, including three-time Olympian Derval O’Rourke, will take to the streets of Dublin when Grant Thornton’s GT5K race series returns to the capital next week (October 4th).
After taking place virtually over the past two years, this year marks the return to Dublin of Ireland’s longest-running corporate race event, with a large number of people also set to take part virtually on October 4th.
Irish rugby international James Lowe, is this year’s Dublin social squad ambassador.
With runners in 23 different countries having participated virtually during the Covid years, the 2022 event will welcome back runners from around the country and internationally.
The event is aimed at encouraging social running amongst the business community and will welcome beginners and seasoned runners.
The GT5K Dublin event will be chip timed, with each participant receiving a technical t-shirt and virtual goody bag.
