Celtic Games set for Grangemouth
A strong Irish team is set for the Celtic Games in Grangemouth, Scotland tomorrow as they look to retain the title they won in Santry last year.
Some Ireland's brightest young athletes will take to the track and field in Grangemouth Stadium - a number of whom featured prominently at the GloHealth Irish Schools Track and Field Championships. A standout name on the U16 boys team is Mark Milner in the 800m while Patience Jumbo Gula is one of the star names on the U16 girls team.
In the U18 girls team Janine Boyle (100m) and Shannon Sheehy (high jump) will be looking to help Ireland gain maximum points. Similarly Jordan Hoang (triple jump) and Chris O'Donnell (400m) will be looking to lead the U18 boys team. The full squads are below.
