Next month's European Cross Country will be held in Tilburg but on an adjacent course and the race should be excellent preperation for the upcoming Europeans. Also in action in Tilburg with be Gary Murray who will have some of Europes best cross country men as opposition. Gary is the current national champion and also had a good track season which saw him run faster than ever before over 1500 and 5000 metres and this race should provide him with a platfrom for further improvement.
