Caitriona Jennings (Letterkenny AC) finished 12th at the IAU World 50km Championships on Sunday (Nov 5th).

The Letterkenny AC woman finished in a time of 3:23:25 in what were brutally tough conditions.

Britain’s Carla Molinaro claimed the gold in 3:18:23, with Andrea Pomaranski from the USA second in 3:19:07. Sarah Webster of GB rounded out the podium for third in 3:20:07.
