An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Endurance Coordinator for Athletics Ireland, reporting to the Director of High Performance. 

Job Title: National Endurance Coordinator

Reports to: Director of High Performance

Purpose of Role: To drive the further development of the middle- and long-distance event groups in Ireland

Details:

The role is a national one with time required to be spent at the head office of Athletics Ireland (AAI), and at Sport Ireland Institute (SII) both in Dublin.

This position is a full time paid role. The position will incorporate the need for weekend and evening work and international/national travel. 

Candidates should have a strong background in the endurance events, and should have a thorough understanding of the sport and the event group at development through to performance levels
