There will be a Jumps Workshop taking place on Friday 26th September at Cork IT Track from 7-9pm. Registration will take place at the track entrance from 6.40-6.55pm and the cost is €5 per person. The workshop will be run by Munster Performance Squad Coaches Steve Fleming Long Jump and Eamon Flanagan High Jump and is open to all athletes & coaches aged 11+.
