Our Let’s Talk Periods campaign aims to support clubs and coaches in educating and raising awareness about periods. The dropout rate for teenage girls in sport is still high and we want to tackle one of the barriers – periods.

So far, we have delivered two webinars on how to have the conversation about periods. We held two, one exclusively for men and one which was open to all. We had a huge response with over 200 signing up across the two nights.

Of the two webinars the Men in Sport was extremely well attended. To support this, we will now be providing clubs and coaches with further tools to support them on this topic such as resources to share with their teenage girls, how to put together a period pack for your club and in 2025 we will roll out the new Coaching Teenage Girls workshops.
