Morton Games and Le Cheile International highlight big week ahead

There is another blockbuster of athletics ahead with the Irish international circuit continuing this week.

The Morton Games promises to be another thriller on Wednesday night (July 12) with Ciara Mageean (UCD) bidding to become the first Irish woman to break 2 minutes for 800m. For full event information visit their site HERE

An Irish team of 20 athletes have flown out today for the European U23 Athletics Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland which take place July 13th-16th.

Also domestically this weekend is the Irish Life Health National Juvenile B Championships followed by day 3 of the Irish Life Health Juvenile Championships - both in Tullamore.

Morton Stadium will host the SIAB Schools International on Saturday.
