The 123.ie National Intermediate, Masters & Juvenile B Cross Country Championships promise to deliver another exciting day of cross country competition this weekend (Feb 12th).
A bumper entry will head to Gowran Demesne in County Kilkenny in pursuit of national honours come Sunday afternoon.
The 12-race schedule begins with the Girls U11 1000m at 12:00pm. The Masters Women and Men O65 take on the 4000m race from 2pm, while the final intermediate races will sign of the days action with the women’s race set for 3.10pm before the men finish proceedings
