Raheny Shamrock director of road racing, Dave Hooper;

“We are delighted to welcome the national road relays back to Raheny, particularly as this is one of the first national road championships since the pandemic began. I would like to thank the local authorises especially the members of An Garda Siochana in Clontarf and Raheny for their co-operation and guidance in allowing us to host the road relays this years. I also have to thank Athletics Ireland competition chairs past and present John Cronin and Andrew Lynam who we have been working with since the postponement of the 2020 road relays”.
