On Saturday 23rd April IWA had their first PARA Athletics Grand Prix event of 2022, The Leinster Games. IT Carlow hosted the event, where 21 athletes competed. It was great to see some of our members compete in their clubs’ colours and a great day was had by all. Well done to Nicky and all the IWA staff and volunteers and also the staff of IT Carlow, including AAI DO Shane Aston on providing a fantastic event.

We look forward to the next event on Saturday May 7th, The Midland Games in Templemore
