Following a detailed research and consultation process a working group Chaired by Brid Golden, Athletics Ireland is delighted to share the proposed document, which can be viewed HERE, detailing how the increased membership revenue will be spent in 2019.

The proposal approved by the Board is welcomed by all and Hamish Adams, CEO adds “We are very excited to almost double our coaching and development budget in 2019. It is imperative that we maximise this opportunity and that this investment into coaching and development really does make a difference at the coal face of our sport. I strongly believe that coach development is a key central pillar of our sport and would like to thank Brid Golden and the working group for all their efforts in producing this excellent proposal.”
