Double medals also for North Laois' Dan Mulhare (Gold in 1500 and Silver in 5000m, both PBs) and St Abbans Claire Phelan (Silver in 1500, Bronze in 1500). Gold also for Brona Furlong (Slaney Olympic) and Eoin Kelly (St Abbans) - both of whom flew in from Celtic Cup duty in Glasgow, Silver for Brian Farrell (Sli Cualann) in the 3000m Steeplechase, while Peter McDonald (St Peter's) scored a bronze in the Javelin, also with a big PB.
