Eric Rules

Eric Favors (Raheny Shamrocks AC) smashed his own National Record (indoor) while competing at an Invitational meet in Columbia in the early hours of this morning.

Favors set the new Irish Senior Indoor record of 19.84m at his old alma mater University of South Carolina in Columbia.

Mulvey Magic

Casey Mulvey (Inny Vale AC) also started 2022 with a bang, setting a new Irish U20 Indoor record at the Notre Dame Invitational.

Mulvey broke her own record (set in December 2021) with a 15.28m 3rd throw, and followed up with an even bigger throw of 15.30m to break the record once again to complete an impressive set of throws which included three over 15 meters.
