Topics covered on the day will include the following: (1) Active Dynamic Warm Up (60 Minutes) (2) Acceleration Technique (90 Minutes) (3) Max Velocity Technique (90 Minutes) (4) Blocks/Starts (60 Minutes) (5) Hurdle Progressions & Training (120 Minutes) To register for the clinic, please contact: Ian Graham on 086-0652387. Space is limited.
