The reigning European Indoor Champion has been entered subject to confirmation in next few days. The selection also includes European Indoor Championship winner Alistair Cragg and the Irish Performer of the indoor season so far, Derval O’Rourke, who has smashed the national record for 60H twice, and currently sits 6th in the World Top Performance List for 2006. Also heading to Moscow is James Nolan who has shown a dramatic return to form this season having achieved both the 1500m and 3,000m qualifier, David McCarthy who after a year of injury problems has also returned to the kind of form that saw him in the final of the World Indoor Championships in 2003 and Emily Maher who has achieved a personal best of 7:38 over 60m beating the old national record of 7:38.
