The 24-hour European Championships for 2018 will take place in Timisoara, Romania on Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th May. The Irish Team selected for this event will include participants in both the male and female races. Both teams are confident of improving on their rankings from the 2017 World Championships held in Belfast where the Women’s Team finished in 8th position and the Men’s Team finished in 9th position. The squad will be captained by the current national champion and 24 hour record holder Eoin Keith.
