Tipperary Athletics have organised 2 x Throws workshops for Hammer and Shot Put on Thursday 2nd November at Templemore Athletics track.
Olympian Phil Conway will lead the Hammer Clinic. This will be a great opportunity to learn from one of Ireland’s most prolific coaches, having started many athletes on the road to becoming Olympians. Dave Sweeney (National Throws Coordinator) will lead the Shot Put session at the same time.
The session will kick off at 10am and continue to 2.30 with a lunch break. To participate, register between 9.30am and 10am. The session will be open to athletes from age 13 upwards at €10 per athlete. Athletes must bring their own throwing implements (2 or more preferably).
