You can collect your number from 5pm in the Arena. (doors Open from 5pm)

CHECK IN- BACK STRAIGHT

- 10mins before the off and Jean Carr & Mary Friel  the Check In Team will ensure Numbers are Correct and Lanes

-5mins before the off  Athletes will be Marshalled to  the Starting Position by Officials

-4mins before the off Setting up Blocks

The results will pop up on that Link 5 minutes after each event. We’re paper free.

The entire event will be Live Streamed from 6.00 pm-9.30pm
