Training For Mountain Running World Trophy

There will be a training run on the trials course for the World Trophy this Sunday 5th August. The trial is on August 26th (see www,imra.ie for details). Meet at the main car park in Trooperstown forest at 10:30. The forest entrance is around 1 km on the Roundwood side of Laragh in Wicklow. The entrance is on your left as you drive towards Laragh from Roundwood and the forest car park is around 200m drive into the forest and on your left before you cross the river.
