Training Run This Saturday

In preparation for the trial race for the European mountain running championships on June 17th More Details, there will be a training run on the Lugnacoille route on Saturday May 19th. Meet at Fenton’s near the Glen of Immal at 10:30 (see web link for directions). Please bring a rain-top. For queries, please contact me at gerry.brady at imra.ie or 087 9931303. Runners who haven’t yet tried mountain running but who are considering running the trial are welcome.
