Athletics Ireland have launched two key documents this week. From First Steps To Full Stride outlines the vision of the Association and shows clearly that there is a place for everybody in athletics. It shows the pathways for athletes, coaches, officials and administrators within athletics and shows how Athletics Ireland supports the people involved at every level. The Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Children in Athletics is an important document for everybody involved with young people. It provides guidelines for coaches, parents and club administrators. Both documents are available from the office and have been distributed to clubs, County Boards and Provincial Boards by post.
