Workshops for Shot and Discus, Hurdles and Steeplechase. Shot and Discus - 25th November Tullamore Dennis Roscoe, one of the leading coaches in the UK in Shot and Discus will be holding a workshop in Tullamore on the 25th of November for coaches of these events. The workshop is primarily aimed at coaches already coaching Shot and Discus but all are welcome. To book a place at this workshop e-mail coaching@athleticsireland.ie . The workshop will run from 10.30 to 3.30. The cost is €10 Steeplechase - 1st December Santry Dave Sunderland one of the leading UK endurance coaches will be presenting a workshop on the Steeplechase. Cost for this workshop is €10 Hurdles - 2nd December Santry Graham Knight former UK national coach for sprints and Hurdles will be presenting a workshop for coaches on hurdles. Their will also be a presentation on introducing hurdles to young athletes by Brian Corcoran and a question and answers session.
