World Junior Wheelchair & Amputee Athletics Championships

IWA–Sport is proud to host the World Junior Wheelchair & Amputee Athletics Championships 2006 at Santry on the 14-16 July. IWA logoFifteen countries will be represented by over 110 athletes and will feature a number of athletes who have represented their countries at Paralympic and World Championships. Ireland will be ably represented by 20 athletes, providing them with a great opportunity to see our young & upcoming athletes compete against the world’s best on home soil. Competition starts at 12 noon on Friday, with last race at 1700, on Saturday competition starts at 11am with last race at 1630, on Sunday the competition starts at 10am until 1600. Want to be part of it all? Volunteers will be gratefully accepted, even at this stage, especially if you have any Officiating experience. Give the office a ring or email us.
