All eligible athletes must submit an Emerging Talent Carding Application by the deadline of Friday February 9th in order to be considered for ET Carding selection.
Through the Emerging Talent Carding programme, key young athletes will be identified and receive some individual support. Support at Emerging Talent level is largely in the form of programme support (Entry criteria for consideration to be part of the Pathway Programme can also be found in the Emerging Talent Pathway Programme Selection Policy.
