Bray Runners Athletic Club was delighted to welcome the McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Roadshow to Shanganagh Park on Thursday September 4th in partnership with Athletics Ireland.

As a club committed to making everyone welcome, Bray Runners AC proudly supports the McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Programme, which encourages people of all ages and abilities to embrace walking and running in a fun, structured, and social environment.

The roadshow brought together nearly 30 participants at the Dublin venue, including the McCabes Pharmacy team who provided valuable health checks, wellness advice, and practical guidance. For Bray Runners AC members in attendance, the event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow ‘Fit for Lifers’ and reinforce their commitment to lifelong fitness.

The McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Programme will continue with monthly roadshows across Ireland, offering expert-led health resources and tailored support.
