Dooneen Athletic Club was delighted to participate in the second of the McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Roadshows, held on Tuesday, May 27th at Mungret Park in partnership with Athletics Ireland.

As a club committed to fostering active lifestyles, Dooneen AC proudly supports the McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Programme, which encourages people of all ages and abilities to embrace walking and running in a fun, structured, and social environment.

The roadshow brought together nearly 40 participants, at the Limerick venue, including the McCabes Pharmacy team, who provided valuable health checks, wellness advice, and practical guidance. For Dooneen AC members in attendance, the event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow ‘Fit for Lifers’ and reinforce their commitment to lifelong fitness.

The McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Programme will continue with monthly roadshows across Ireland, offering expert-led health resources and tailored support.
