Menapians AC was delighted to welcome the McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Roadshow for a club training session on the grounds of Wexford County Council Offices on Tuesday January 20th in partnership with Athletics Ireland.
As a club committed to welcoming all ages and abilities, Menapians AC proudly supports the McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Programme, which encourages participants to embrace walking and running in a fun, structured, and social environment.
The roadshow brought together nearly 50 participants at the Wexford venue, including the McCabes Pharmacy team who provided valuable health checks, wellness advice, and practical guidance. For the Menapians AC members in attendance, the event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow ‘Fit for Lifers’ and reinforce their commitment to lifelong fitness. The evening’s training was led by expert coaches who put the group through a hugely enjoyable session that catered for both walkers and joggers, as well as those seeking some higher intensity speed-work on the hills surrounding the venue.
The McCabes Pharmacy Fit for Life Programme will continue with monthly roadshows across Ireland, offering expert-led health resources and tailored support.
