Multi-events combine several disciplines to find the best all-round athlete.

For Women: Heptathlon (7 events) & Pentathlon (5 events indoors).

For Men: Decathlon (10 events) & Heptathlon (7 events indoors).

Events test speed, strength, endurance, and skill –  sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, and middle-distance.

I love to inspire people to come and do not just track and field but multi-events because it is a brilliant sport. I might be a little bit biased but I think that multi-events is one of the best sports in track and field.
