In just 5 days, the streets of Dublin City Centre will come alive with the energy, excitement, and team spirit of the 2025 ALG5K, proudly hosted by A&L Goodbody in partnership with Athletics Ireland.
This is Ireland’s largest corporate city-centre 5K run, and it’s more than just a race – it’s a celebration of health, wellbeing, and community.
💼 Who’s It For?
Whether you’re part of a corporate team, a sports club, a family group, or flying solo — the ALG5K is open to everyone. Teams of four compete in male, female, and mixed categories, with chip timing ensuring accurate results and fair competition.
