England, Scottish and Welsh Athletics host numerous ‘open’ competitions from U15 to Senior age groups in 2013 that Irish Athletes are eligible to individually compete in.
Along with our own National Competitions which can be found here - these types of races are great for athletes to get in some extra competition and build race confidence and gain valuable race experience in a pressure free environment against some top class international competition.
