John Murphy (Liscarroll AC) narrowly missed out on a first-place finish, only .04 of a metre, in 2020 but he’s back to compete and will be one to watch in the Long Jump.

The inspirational Pat Naughton (88) from Nenagh Olympic doubles up in the 60m and Shot Put as he bids to add to his ever growing list of titles (336 masters medals - "most of them gold").
