Athletics Ireland will be trialling their new Advanced Workshops next Saturday the 14th of December in Morton Stadium, Santry.
Tickets will cost €20 and you can register HERE.
These workshops are aimed at coaches who wish to build on the knowledge gained at introductory and level 1 courses. There are no requirements to enroll in this course, but some experience in coaching the event will be beneficial. The workshops will focus on:
- Hurdles – Long and Short
- Shot Put – Rotational and Glide
- Steeplechase
- 400m
2020 will see these workshops move around the country in order to benefit coaches in every region.
Time and Location
The workshops will run between 11AM and 5PM. They will take place at Morton Stadium Santry, Swords Road, Dublin 9. (Eircode: D09 RV10)
