The Sprints & Jumps Network returns on September 30th at Athlone IT. This events features a strong line-up, with presenters that have previously received very positive reviews.  The comprehensive feedback received from attendees requested further opportunities to learn from the experiences of the international coaches and we’ve invited some of them back for this event.

Michael Afilaka (sprints) Femi Akinsanya (LJ and TJ) and Brendan Reilly (High Jump) will be familiar to previous participants.  Martin Dunlop has worked with Michael Afilaka and will present on some of the strength and conditioning work he has done with Michael’s group.

This will be a very comprehensive coach education event as the Endurance Coaching Network is taking place simultaneously on the AIT campus.  We hope that every  club can benefit from the coaching opportunities presented by these initiatives.
