Pole vault and triple jump coaching weekend

A pole vault and triple jump coaching weekend will take place on the 19th and 20th of September in Templemore Track with some of Ireland's leading domestic athletes and coaches. 

This coaching weekend is suitable for all coaches and athletes who want to expand their skills in these event areas. The weekend will have a busy schedule  which will include Ian Rogers (Pole vault), Niall Counihan (Triple Jump), Joe O’Connor (Strength and Conditioning), Kevin Grant (Hurdle Skills and Exercises) and Dave O’Regan ( Physio Matters). We will also have a number of Level 3 Jumps coaches available all weekend including David Murphy, Pat Power, Steffen Fleischer, Eamon Flanagan and Cera Nolan.

The cost of the weekend is €30 per athlete or coach. To book your place on the weekend please:
