Athletics Ireland announces the appointment of a Sports Inclusion and Disability Officer

Athletics Ireland is delighted to announce the appointed of David Daly as their Sports Inclusion Disability Officer (SIDO). David’s role as a SIDO will be to support athletics clubs in becoming more inclusive and providing opportunities for people with additional needs to take part in athletics. Athletics Ireland announces the appointment of a High Performance Operations Manager

Athletics Ireland is delighted to announce the appointment of David Stephenson as High Performance Operations Manager. David replaces Gill Brosnan who previously served in this role, and comes to Athletics Ireland from a similar role with Cricket Ireland.  David’s role will be to oversee all operational support to the High Performance team with key areas of responsibility including all logistics for international travel, liaising with European and World Athletics with regard to entries and logistics for major championships and managing all aspects of International team kit. David will also assume the role of Anti-Doping Officer.
