We are very disappointed that due to the Covid pandemic restrictions many of our athletes are unavailable to compete in the Irish Life Health Track & Field Championships this year. Athletics Ireland has had to make critical decisions to ensure the safety of this historic event is not compromised but always with the safety of all stakeholders in mind. We have also been diligent in communicating our decisions clearly and often.

This Championship has taken a huge team effort to deliver and we have done our utmost to ensure all of our athletes, officials, staff and volunteers remain safe over the course of the four days. We now focus our attention to ensure the event is run to the highest possible standard.
