2023 Selection Policy Updates

The following amendments have been made to Selection Policy for upcoming 2023 Championships

European Youth Olympic Festival

• A maximum quota of 24 athletes can be selected to this championships.  This condition has been added at the request of the European Olympic Committee

European U20 Athletics Championships

• The Qualification Period has been extended by one week, and will now end on Sunday July 23rd. 
• As a result, Selection Meeting will now take place on Monday July 24th.

European U23 Athletics Championships

• The Qualification Period has been shortened by one day, and will now end on Sunday July 2nd. 
• The Selection Meeting will now take place on Sunday July 2nd

 European Team Championships at the European Olympic Games

• The Qulaification Period for this event has been extended by one week, and will now end on Sunday May 28th.
• The Nomination Meeting for this event will now take place on Monday May 29th
