We are thrilled to have Dr. Ciarán Ó Catháin as our guest speaker, programme director for the BSc. Hons in Sport Science with Exercise Physiology in Technological University of the Shannon (TUS), and Lead Investigator of the Sports Performance pillar of the SHE research centre TUS. Ciarán has a BSc.Hons in Sport Science and Health from DCU, a MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition from St Mary’s University London, and a PhD in Biomechanics from DCU. Dr. Ó Catháin will provide valuable insights on effective training techniques, injury prevention, and optimizing athletic development.
