Timetable Saturday November 3rd Athletics Irelands Development Day will be held on the 3rd November starting at 10am. The development day follows on from the successful Wicklow Athletics steeplechase workshop which saw over 20 steeple enthusiasts plus their coaches being put through their paces in a practical workshop focusing on the technical aspects of the event. Development Days aim to give both athletes and anyone involved in athletics; parents, teachers and coaches an opportunity to come along and participate in or observe a number of individual events being coached by specialist coaches and international athletes. The Time table for the day will be as follows: Registration / Introduction 10am Participants can choose from the following workshops.
