Cragg Warms up for 5,000m at Santry Alistair Cragg got his season back on track in Belgium last night. Runnig the 5,000m he was one of a five man break away group, looking very settled in the middle of them. He took over the lead with three laps to go to keep the pace fast. With that job done he slipped back into third. Then, with 200m to go he sprinted into the lead, but was overtaken with 50m remaining and finished second in roughly 13:07/13:08 A second 5,000m today should test him further as he prepares for the World championships in Osaka. If the second day at Santry is half as good as the first then we are in for a feast of athletics. 10,000msteeple200
